Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Job Description
1. Service Escalation
Single point of contact within GTS to manage all GTS related query/service escalations. Work jointly with Business Care to provide problem resolution and service recovery for the affected customers
2. Relationship Building
Differentiated best-in-class service proposition to selected
Platinum/Gold & Silver clients to deepen and strengthen
relationships
3. Advisory
Provide advisory support to both customers and RMs on general product features and updates, market trends and solutioning options.
4. Defend & Grow
Prevent leakages through defensive re-pricing and re-bidding activities, grow existing customer base through utilization drives (proactive engagement with key names and marketing initiatives/campaigns for the mass market)
5.Cross-sell
Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for all existing customers jointly with RMs. To follow up and close off on all non-complex requirements and refer all customers with complex solution requirements* to Sales for follow up
Qualification
For Cash Management
When a RFP and/or RFI is called for by the customer
When the customer requires complex solutioning involving Liquidity Management (Cash pooling structures) or Treasury and Working Capital requirements.
When customer requires support on setting up Regional Treasury Centers and/or Shared Service Centers.
For Trade
When the customer has Structured Trade Finance requirements.
For Cash Management, the Client Management team will deepen and strengthen client relationships through service reviews to uphold the best-in-class service standards. They will also be the escalation point to provide necessary remedial actions arising from material service issues impacting these clients while identifying and introducing service improvements to improve the overall client experience.
For Trade, the Client Management team will defend/grow trade revenues from non-Commodity names and non-Structured Trade Finance customers who are taking up vanilla trade products. The team will proactively engage these customers to drive their trade utilization.
