職責

  • 以高效和準確的方式執行日常營運工作
  • 向管理層提供交易分析報告,確保日常交易處理符合服務水平標準
  • 國際組織爭議帳款調扣作業規範異動分析及更新
  • 持續提供良好的服務質量以滿足內部和外部客戶的滿意度
  • 良好的內部跨部門溝通及協調交易流程並且保持服務質量
  • 具備與外部相關合作機構包含信用卡組織等各方溝通協調能力以妥善解決日常運營問題
  • 具備創建作業流程能力以符合作業規範 , 協助新產品或作業異動之操作手冊編輯工作
  • 具備風險及異常交易判斷能力並即時向主管報告
  • 遵守內部規範,確保日常執行交易符合規範

資格與要求

  • 1-4 年信用卡相關工作經驗
  • 具備信用卡相關營運知識
  • 擅長 Excel 和 Word 等 MS Office 工具
  • 良好的中英文寫作和閱讀能力
  • 具備銀行內稽內控等證書佳
