Operations Associate

Duties:
- Setup and design Webflow pages as well as digital ads
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google and Facebook Ads
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Manage MixMax outbound engagement efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in campaign management and digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO principles, and conversion optimization strategies
- Proficient in conducting research using various tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
