Service Planning & Control Specialist

Lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects in coordination with the project manager. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost, revenues, cash in/out as well as risks and opportunities and OPQ. Monitor, report and manage deviations proactively.

Your responsibilities
- Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention and utilizing feedback to drive development of processes and practice.
- Negotiate with customers and updates of information and project status.
- Regularly reviewing the scope of work to ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.
- Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.
- Working with other ABB units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales at every opportunity.
- Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services, and processes, and disseminating the findings.
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanic Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge in low and medium voltage.
- Experience with mining customers from the southern area.
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial area.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
