We need a sales and marketing manager who is well-organized to help us advertise and sell our company's goods and give us a competitive edge in the market industry.
Responsibility
- High-level Client Relationship Management that fosters service excellence and client retention.
- Identification of potential clients through effective market segmentation and analysis
- Management of the complete sales cycle, including new business development
- Preparation and delivery of accurate proposals, quotes, and costings
- Rapid learning and application of technical knowledge
- Collaboration with the Director, and key partners to create a client partnership strategy
- Regular updating of sales and reporting platforms
- Attendance and representation at networking events and conferences
- Work to create compelling marketing and sales collateral.
- Converting sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges and positioning the right solution to ensure each client can see the true value and competitive advantage of our services.
- Negotiating and closing the sales opportunities with long term partnerships as the goal.
- Provide an extraordinary customer experience and help drive the ongoing engagement
- Possessing a strong understanding of our products and positioning in the marketplace.
Minimum 30 Hours per week
Resposibility
- Must Be New Zealander
- Must be Available for Weekends
- Knowing and understanding how to sell and market.
- Strong abilities to think critically, organise, and come up with new ideas.
- Excellent at talking to people, getting along with them, and taking care of customers.

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Papatoetoe, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
