The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Provepharm’s driving branded injectable product Bludigo and serving as the point of contact for sales at the account level. The VSR will engage with existing customers and target accounts, generating new sales, and introducing customers to the Provepharm products via phone, virtual meetings, and e-mail. Excellent customer service skills along with marketing and sales acumen are vital to this role. Additionally, the position requires the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy, and insurance landscapes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of general disease state, assigned product features and benefits, and core selling messages.
- Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with customer accounts, including product end users, management, and purchasing contacts.
- Collaborate with IDN counterparts to drive the strategic plan in a health system.
- Coordinate with the Virtual Team Leader and Provepharrm’s Director of Sales to secure requests for pricing and create and submit requests for individualized quotes.
- Close the sales process through the point of sales contract conversion.
- Focus on GPO contracts to drive sales activities and results, specifically within State Facilities, Hospitals, Clinics, and OGAs (Other Governmental Agencies).
- Assist with developing/closing existing contract utilization opportunities, potential contract lead generation, customer follow-up, and the validation of new contract pricing loads for specific GPO and IDN contracts.
- Drive strategic activities that result in new revenue at new and existing buying accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and implement strategies to address any gaps to plan.
- Meet and exceed KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives) for specific territories.
- Ensure that literature requests are generated accurately.
- Maintain a CRM database via updates to sales opportunities, sales stages, marketing statuses, and customer intelligence data.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Four-year college degree, or 4 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 1 plus years experience in a tele-sales/telemarketing role
- Ability to learn & articulate complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy and insurance landscapes
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staff
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working within Life Science (Medical, Pharmaceutical) industry – preferably hospital or surgical sales experience
- Preferred managed care/reimbursement experience
- Experience with B2B sales tactics or processes preferred
- Excellent communicator and have superior people skills
- Understanding the inner workings of Oncology clinics and hospital pharmacies
- Proficient in MS Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,827 to $93,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
