As a Strategy Manager, you will do:
- Project delivery: Delivering strategy & transformation projects and managing project teams.
- Business development: Developing strong client relationships, organizing, and leading sales teams, and leading proposal development processes.
- Offering development: Developing your business area’s offering, methodologies, point of views and eminence and support driving cross-border integration.
- People development: Coaching and supporting career development and work of junior professionals in your team.

- About 5-7 years of relevant working experience (e.g., in strategy, management consulting, business development or similar).
- Some experience and future willingness to work with public sector and healthcare clients.
- Experience in strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience in operating model and processes development.
- Experience in project management (preferably in advisory project delivery for external clients).
- Business sense and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset, ability to think in a logical and structured way, and ability to be creative in your approach to problem solving.
- Proactive, self-supporting but collaborative mindset and a way of working.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business or engineering).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English. Business proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
- Experience in sales of professional/advisory services.
- Understanding of technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience or understanding of applying design thinking and human-centric design methods in development.
- Experience or understanding in quantitative analysis or business case modelling.
