The mission of the Market Access Lead Peadiatrics is to lead, develop and implement the Global Specialized Nutrition market access strategy and plans for the Specialized pediatrics categories, with a high impact on the categories growth, in a profitable and sustainable manner. As Market Access Lead Peadiatrics you identify and address key areas of challenges and opportunity, in current and future growth spaces, to shape and grow the categories for broader access. You work cross-functionally with Global colleagues and markets to define and execute an innovative market access strategy gain and maintain optimal Market Access & Pricing conditions for our marketed brands and pipeline innovations to maximize Value and Access to Payers and Health Authorities.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Strategic SN Market Access delivery agenda for Allergy, Growth, Metabolics categories
- Define and drive the realization of health economics strategy, tools and communication., including HE models, publication, budget impact models, and Value-based healthcare approaches.
- Support activation of SN market access and health economics tools
- Monitor market access performance based on set KPIs to protect and grow RX business
- Guide Medical and R&I for the development of impactful Clinical studies and Real World Evidence to ensure Value & Access for current and future innovations
- Co-Build new growth initiatives and define the way for SN to unlock the identified incremental value for the targeted categories
- Engage, Influence internal and external stakeholders to enable Access agenda (Categories, HC&C, Pricing, GS, CBUs, MNI, Gvt Bodies)
- Drive development of innovative market access schemes for HERO solutions
- Drive and execute market access assessment impacting the categories
- Identify best practices internal and external to foster collaboration and accelerate learnings in the Market access communities
- Be an active member in strategic categories projects to ensure value & access perspective
- Monitor and guide on evolution of healthcare systems impacting the categories
About you
- Master (Science, Business, Economics)
- 10+ with proven-track record in market access/health economics and/or healthcare multi-stakeholders engagement
- Experienced in categories, policies shaping
- Strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills, at local and global level
- Experience in leading a team of experts and show a visible impactful leadership
- Solid life science background
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to navigate through complexity and uncertainty
- Fluent in healthcare systems
