We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Surasia Al Khaima Insurance LLC. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational activities within the company, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage various operational activities within the company, such as processing insurance claims, underwriting policies, and managing customer accounts
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that operational activities are executed effectively and efficiently
- Analyze data and generate reports on operational performance and trends
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
