Job Description:
- Service & Support for Vertical Probe Cards
- Liaise with customer & factory on the cards issue
- Compile of Investigation Report/ Tracker/ Monthly Report
- Support for DOE (Design of Experiment) or evaluations either by customer initiated or company
- Pin replacement onsite
Requirements:
- Able to run on 12-hour shift (Night shift: 9pm to 9am)
- Need to station at customer site
- Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Mechatronics
- 1-2 years working experience working in the Semicon Industry
- Possess basic electronics and troubleshooting skills
