Group Trading is an IT department that supports Erste Group's business areas Treasury Markets, Equity Trading, and Fixed Income Trading. We are collocated with the trading departments at Erste Campus, where we provide the full spectrum of IT Services, from business analysis to implementation and integration, as well as user support, vendor management and daily operations of our trading applications. We are looking for students to strengthen our agile teams and support fixed income and equity trading in the capacity of business analysis.
What to do:
You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced business analysts, as well as trading application experts.
During this internship, you will get firsthand experience of what it means to work on a trading floor, and you will be in daily contact with senior traders from Erste Group.
You will support us in transforming business ideas into functional and technical requirements and specifications, and align these with software developers, solution managers, and internal departments.

- Enrolled student with an ongoing study program, ideally with a technical background
- An interest in learning the business of investment banking, with a focus on trading, as well as motivation to continuously learn and improve
- Open communication and passion for teamwork in an agile team structure
- Solution orientation and an organized and structured working method
- Ability to take responsibility for defined tasks and to accept constructive criticism
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; German knowledge is an advantage
