As a Home Tutor Hiring Specialist at Mixt Home Tutors, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional home tutors to support our students' learning journeys. You will collaborate closely with our academic team to ensure that only the most qualified and dedicated tutors are selected, maintaining our high standards of educational excellence. Your role will contribute directly to the growth and success of both our tutors and our students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess and communicate effectively with a diverse range of tutor candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a large pool of tutor candidates and maintain accurate records.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in fostering positive learning experiences for students.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, databases, and communication tools.
- Knowledge of local education trends, curriculum, and tutoring requirements in Karachi.
