JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs-taking prior to actual consultation with the Primary Care Physician
- Queues patient to Primary Care Physician or cost center through Emedcore
- Maintains and updates records of daily consultations and procedure
- Encourages customer feedback and resolves availment complaints or concerns of members, otherwise elevates them to the PCC Supervisor
- LOA issuance for procedures and specialization not available in the clinic
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any medical allied course
- Preferably with clinical experience
- At least with 1 year of work experience
