Front Desk Receptionist [United States]

Qualifications:
-Confident, assertive, friendly communication style
-Excellent attitude and work ethic, team player, self starter
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Calm, professional, patient, kind demeanor at all times
-Flexibility and initiative in working cooperatively with the staff and patients
-Customer relations experience necessary
-Willing and able to soft sell by promoting our services, making follow-up calls to patients.
-MUST be computer literate.

Responsibilities:
*Front Desk:
-Answer phones, return calls and take messages.
-Greet patients and direct them to clinic operations as needed.
-Confidently manage the front desk and multi-task.
-Make/change appointments for patients, pull and manage patient files..
-Manage patient financial care plans and payments
-Insurance verification
-Promote our clinic using internal marketing techniques such as helping patients reschedule, helping patients like us on social media and utilize our specials.
