Responsibilities

1. Based on the understanding of users and products and massive data, participate in data analysis, experimental design, effect improvement and data modeling of various scenarios such as products, operations, and R&D 2. Research cutting-edge technologies in data mining or statistical learning, and mine more valuable high-level data for massive user behavior and content information 3 , Proactively initiate and promote the implementation of data analysis projects or algorithm strategies that are loyal to user value or product experience.

Qualifications

1. Mathematics, statistics, data mining, machine learning, computer, economics and other related background, interdisciplinary background is preferred 2. Good logical thinking ability, excellent analysis and problem-solving ability, full of passion for challenging problems 3. Proficient in SQL, proficient in R/Python for data cleaning, analysis, modeling, familiar with big data related components such as Hadoop/Spark/Hive 4. IT big data analysis Experience or experience in data analysis of Internet companies, among which experience in business analysis with a global analysis perspective and driving business to obtain significant benefits is preferred.
