Supply Chain Analyst – Johnson & Johnson MEdTech

We are looking for a new team member to join us on our mission as S upply Chain Analyst , located in Vienna!
Your key responsibilities:
- responsible for ordering process of Finished Goods and Set Configurations
- Monitor and coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouse
- Administrate inventory levels
- First point of contact for delivery dates and supply issues
- Key User for Master Data and ERP System (JDE)
- Reporting and Analysis
- Continues process improvements
In this role you are working closely with customer service, warehouse, marketing, sales as well as with our suppliers in in Switzerland and Belgium.
In the daily business you are placing orders to replenish our warehouse and to build new set configurations for new customers.
You are following up on delivery dates with our demand planning partners in Europe and you are the first point of contact for escalations regarding supply issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Supply Chain or equivalent functions
- High service orientation and collaboration
- Analytical, structured and solution oriented
- Adaptable to meet constantly evolving environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Business proficiency in German and English, other languages a plus
