Position background

In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

As a SQL Developer your responsible will be related to SQL database deployments, code, documentation, best practices and reports while giving support to different departments in the Company helping them to be successful.

What you will do

• Writing complex SQL queries for integration with other applications.

• Design, code and maintain new and existing complex SQL stored procedures, triggers and functions.

• Assist in the maintenance and administration of several production SQL Server databases.

• Database Migration and upgrades from one version to another.

• Collaborate with other teams and involve in UAT and MTP of the applications.

• Troubleshoot, repair and performance tune databases.

• Provide technical expertise to the operations and IT team.

• Optimize user SQL queries.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s in computer engineering, Computer Science or a related field

• 2+ years on a similar role.

• You have strong problem-solving skills.

• Hands on experience in writing complex SQL stored procedures in an application development environment.

• Proficient in designing database tables, views, indexes, functions and develop the various reports using SQL and Stored Procedures.

• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues.

• Proficient with SQL Server based solution development and Database Management & Administration (DBA).

• Knowledge in SQL Server Integrations Services to control flow of jobs.

• Ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment, comfortable to deliver results under pressure.

Nice to have:

• Ability to code in Python, pySpark or C#.

• Experience with NoSQL databases.

• Experience with SQL Server administration
