What you will do:

We are looking for a remote Pricing Analyst with experience in Clinical Trials. We need someone to be based in East Coast USA, Europe or the UK. You will support the implementation and testing of CPQ 2.0 (Global Pricing System/Tool) data and structure to ensure accuracy and alignment with expected results.

Act as a liaison to the userbase to address questions, concerns and improvements regarding CPQ 2.0 changes and impacts.

Manage standard pricing across CTD facilities and Business Units; Align processes with existing pricing methodologies and governance.

Support Master Data governance according to our internal policies, and coordinate across multiple functions to ensure our data is consistent across multiple platforms.

Support data governance lead for the CPQ system.

Assist in handling internal pricing approvals - create and maintain process administration and proper documentation of current and superseded pricing agreements.

Document global polices and develop global training materials for CPQ 2.0 to include business processes and scenarios.

Organize and conduct training sessions for site(s) / functions regarding pricing and pricing implementation.

Support activity costing activities - help implement into CPQ price structure.

Help design future state global pricing control team, system and process.

Support generation of new pricing and ongoing improvement of pricing strategy via various projects to be assigned.

Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.

How will you get here?

  • 5+ years of Pricing, Quoting/Proposals, and/or Finance experience.
  • Experience in clinical trials.
  • High level of interpersonal abilities and strong analytical skill.
  • Prepared to travel up to 10% of time.
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with senior management.
  • Proven leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with individuals and teams.
  • Ability to embrace change, think globally and be inquisitive.
  • Self-starter with initiative and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
  • Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and be flexible.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global nature of work.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Excel; CPQ or other Pricing administration systems.
  • Fluency in English Speaking/Reading/Writing Required.
