Service Advisor [South Africa]

 

Our client based in Johannesburg North, is looking for an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their service department.

The successful candidate must have strong Dealership Service Advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Driver's license
• Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI

Salary: Negotiable Salary package
