Senior Sales Manager [Taiwan]


 

Our client an industrial automation solution provider is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in HsinChu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the automation market in Taiwan
  • Find industry strategic partners based on the advantages and characteristics of company, and achieve the predetermined performance goals
  • Collect and analyse market information, including industry trends, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of related industry technologies, and market distribution
  • Promote the company's ideas and direction in the field of automation to various industry associations and public institutions
  • Adjust sales strategies in a timely manner according to market changes to increase the company's product market visibility


Key Requirements:

  • Familiar with manufacturing factory processes and have a concept of estimating factory manufacturing and shipping schedules
  • Have experience in MES software sales
  • Have project control concepts and practical execution experience
  • Have experience in key account management
  • Have experience in cooperating with dealers and are familiar with dealer cooperation relationships
