Responsibilities:
- Receives office visitors cordially and presents a positive image of the company
- Prepares and processes legal documents and papers assigned by the lawyers with confidentiality.
- Creates or edit standard letters or legal forms, or visual presentations, ensuring submitted materials are accurate and error-free.
- Operates well with minimal supervision, given general guidelines by preparing materials for submission to courts, government agencies, clients or private organizations.
- Coordinates the delivery and pick up of business-related documents
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries accordingly
- Answer telephone, take messages, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request
- Ensure that all calls that are not available to answer must be written in the Client Call Slip Form
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Ensure that all documents are in an orderly manner
- Performs other related admin tasks, as required by the management
- Projects a warm personality, and smart appearances
- Ensures a high sense of personal grooming
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast learner, intuitive and proficient at multi-tasking
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Tourism/Hotel and restaurant or other related courses.
- Required skill(s): customer care, customer service and relationship management, clerical and office work, admin support.
- Must have above-average verbal and written communication
- Must be flexible and hardworking
- Proficient in computers (MS Office applications)
- With excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- With keen attention to details
- At least 1 year working experience with the same field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
