PURCHASER [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities

  • Incharge on the purchasing process, getting the best deals & delivery process according to our ISO procedures.
  • To check on delivery status & arrange transport & Re-packing (when needed).
  • To communicate and arrange with Project Personnel on site for delivery of materials and prepare packing list (when needed). To perform daily checking on received DO.
  • To follow up with suppliers on deliveries pending to project sites / Office and update relevant parties on delivery schedules of materials.
  • To prepare and submit Site Material Balance, and other procurement related reports.
  • To monitor bulk order material for each ongoing projects as well as stock levels for material.
  • To alert management when there is a red flag / risk detected while monitoring stock report.
  • To receive, match and update Purchase Documents in compliance with all ISO Standard Procedures.
  • To maintain proper filing to ensure documents are easily traceable.
  • Adhoc task or new systems assigned by superior/management.

Job Requirement

  • Fresh Graduate / Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Resourceful, strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in Auto-count system will be added advantage.
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
