• eport all potential issues to management. H

• anage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out per the program. R
• eview and determine the selection of all consultants/ contractors with the Client. M
• onitor compliance and performance of consultants and contractors with their agreements. D
• evelop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate. O
• versee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments. E
• nsure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements. E
• stablish performance and delivery criteria, meet client requirements, prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement appropriately. A
• uthorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders and approve contractor invoices for payment. D
• irect work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations. U
• pload project reports on completion and handing over to Include; P
  • roject Name and Client. M
  • asterplan brief/Design/Construction, including time and cost. C
  • onsultant and Contractor Performance. C
  • ost Index. P
• erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

A

• degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required from an accredited university in KSA. E
• xtensive experience in executing hospitality elements. 1
• 3+ years of experience in managing mega Infrastructure projects within the Construction/PMC industries. A
• bility to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues. S
• trong organization and communication. E
• xcellent numerical and communication skills. T
