We are currently recruiting for Production Heat Press Print Operative working within the production department for printed and embroidered garments based in Northallerton. Due to a large increase in volumes and demand we now have productions roles at our Head Office in our production department.
The role is Monday to Thursday 06:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm rotating weekly shift pattern and Friday 06:00am - 12:00pm / 12:00pm - 17:00pm. The ability to work a shift pattern is essential for this job.
A good attention to detail is required as you will be following job sheets and drawings containing instructions and specifications
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Produce high quality products to customer specification
- Direct to Film – print management
- Heat Press Management
- Machine capabilities to ensure job can be printed
- Follow works schedule as produced by Production Supervisor
- Maintain quality level through a production run ensuring consistency is equal to original QC
- Input of all information onto system
- Keeping within accepted levels of spoilage
- Following daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning schedule
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of digital printing process preferred but full training will be provided
- Computer literate
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good organisational and self-motivational skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
