We're looking for an experienced Producer to join the all-new department – The Content Factory. If you're the right person for the job, you'll become part of the Creative Studio, a diverse team of around 35 passionate doers, idea makers and creative thinkers from around the globe. A team that has the creative muscles and the internal backing to build new, wild, un-expected and beautiful solutions. WHO YOU ARE
For this role, we believe you have extensive knowledge of photo and film production processes as well as good knowledge of how to lead production. You have the capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliverables simultaneously. You have a strong creative sense, you’re an expert in planning production and have the capability to navigate multiple expectations and needs whilst managing the budget.

When working as a Producer in The Content Factory, you’re responsible for taking the agreed creative idea and bringing it to life on films and stills by planning production and teams, managing budgets, and scouting locations. In this team, you'll be part of a group creating creative solutions that represent the IKEA brand and our values. Solutions that will be great examples of IKEA tone of voice.

- 5+ years of experience working with photo and film production at an agency or production company
- Broad experience in working on-set/ location
- Flexible to travel to location as required of the job
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Preferred: knowledge of IKEA brand, culture and values

Some of your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the photo and film production processes, from idea to execution, working with creatives and project management to ensure maximum quality
- Organising the shoot practicalities, to ensure success of the project, including cast involvement and location scouting, getting location permits and a whole range of other pre-shoot formalities
- You possess a good understanding of rules surrounding usage fees, talent, contracts and shooting abroad.
- Provide consistent feedback, process improvement and oversight of production across pre-shoot, shoot and post shoot stages
- Managing budget available for productions and maximize the potential of resources available to ensure the success of the project and achievement of set goals
- Actively following up and analysing results of created content to get insights that can be turned into creative opportunities for the IKEA brand
- Create and maintain relationships with external consultants, managing the opportunities for collaboration and streamlining their use to optimise existing resources.
- Actively work with team members, creatives within other functions and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses in order to create synergies and facilitate the achievement of common goals
