YOUR TASKS

• 
  Responsible for on-site implementation and configuration of MES solutions;
• Responsible for supporting of MES systems, participating in projects related to deploy applications and interconnecting production lines;
• Rollout/integration/commissioning of machines and assembly lines;
• Implementation for upgrades or new solutions due to internal and external requirements, as well as selecting and testing shopfloor software;
• Responsible for analysis with the business departments in terms of clarification of the project requirements and if needed for additional alignment with machine vendors;
• Responsible to deliver PLC connectivity specification to machine integrators and verify solution according to that specification;
• Responsible for designing of the solution using existing methods, including preparation of functional specification in the frame of the iTAC MES (MOM) Suite;
• Development of shopfloor software concepts in consideration of existing and in the future used production and test equipment;
• Organizing and executing trainings for the system users;
• Serve as a member for on-call rotation for your platform and be willing to work flexible with other colleagues in the supporting area.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Studies:

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar technically related field.

Experience:

• Experience in the design or implementation of MES in the areas of traceability, production management, interlocking, quality management and logistic is a must;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments;
• Programming skills (Java, Java Script), Basic knowledge of corporate and production IT system (ERP, MES, SCADA) would be an advantage.

Language:

• Advanced level of English knowledge.
