About the role
In this role, you will be joining our Digital Mining Technologies Division and be part of the team that is marketing the next generation of technology for the mining industry. Our Marketing & Communications team takes the lead in applying a balanced and effective mix of marketing, communication, and brand activities to drive sales, promote our growth strategy and ensure our unique brand position. We´re looking for a truly dynamic, creative and operational Marketing Specialist – someone who knows how to increase audience engagement and generate excellent social media content as well as reporting.Develop and execute product marketing campaigns and activities
Job duties
- Management of internal and external communication, inclusive of social media platforms, newsletters and intranet
- Develop and update sales, marketing and promotional material for use in our internal and external marketing platforms
- Handling of customer related marketing promotional items
- Work with key internal stakeholders (Globally)
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure deliverables are met, on time and on budget
- Social media management on Sandvik Automation accounts, and assist in the optimization efforts of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives

We are looking for
We are looking for a motivated person with a hands-on attitude, creative mindset, and proactive approach. In addition, you enjoy working as a team player in a collaborative and diverse environment. Our ideal candidate has:
- You have a strong experience, a relevant marketing-related education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and prior experience in working with Marketing and Communications projects
- Technical background is considered an advantage
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- You understand wider business needs and find innovative solutions to complex problems in a fast changing business environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Finnish or Spanish is an advantage.
