Manager Governance Services Are you an experienced Governance operator? Do you want to be part of refining our practices, supporting how the Reserve Bank operates and delivers to our purpose of promoting a sound and dynamic monetary and financial system and, ultimately, the prosperity and wellbeing of New Zealanders?Te tūranga - The role The Reserve Bank Act 2021 fundamentally changed how Te Pūtea Matua operates and is governed. RBNZ, as of July 2022 now has a new, full decision-making board of directors similar to that of a Crown Entity.As the Manager, you will hold a specialist role within the Strategy, Governance and Sustainability group, and you will manage a portfolio of Board Committees, including preparing agendas, collating papers for committee meetings, maintaining minutes/actions, preparing, and collating routine reports. You will liaise with the Governor, the Board and Committee Chair's and members and coordinate secretariat services for board sub-committees and bank-wide committees as needed.Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Governance expertise and credibility with the knowledge of what good governance looks like
• An in depth understanding and familiarity with governance processes, delegations' frameworks and the legal requirements.
• Familiarity with complex change projects and change environments
• Proven relationship management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
• The ability to distil complex information particularly on sensitive or contentious topics.
