Roles and Responsibilities：
- Experience as Building Supervisor in Building Construction works.
- Should have worked with Reputed Contractors / Builders.
- Must know all basics of civil construction supervision qualities.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects.
- Coordinate amongst various Contractors at the worksite to ensure work alignment.
- Inspect materials that are delivered on-site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Lead and assist multi-disciplinary engineering teams to complete projects.
- Prepare scopes of work and inquiries and proposals for outside consultants. Lead efforts to evaluate and select consultants and direct and review their work.
- Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, which may include engineering inspections, studies, final design, and technical consultation.
- Ensure all quality checks before the issuing of the drawings for construction.
- To check lines, levels, and marking of walls, slabs, columns, etc.
- Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at the site.
- Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environment.
- Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources, etc.
- Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
