What you’ll be doing
Zenith E-commerce and Customer Experience team seeks for a Client Care Intern to ensure that client receive exceptional service when dealing with us.
You will be responsible for answering calls and emails from clients, handling inquiries, and providing product knowledge.
You answer incoming calls and emails from clients and provide them with accurate information about our products.
You handle client complaints, resolve issues, and escalate problems if necessary.
You maintain client records, input data into our CRM system and provide reports on a weekly basis.
You collaborate with other departments, such as sales and After-Sales, to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
You maintain a positive attitude and always provide exceptional service to our clients.
You develop an in-depth knowledge of our products.
Profile
Who we are looking for
You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing, customer service).
You are passionate for luxury watches and the luxury goods industry.
What you will need to bring
You possess must demonstrate Strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
A prior experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus, but not required.
You're a problem solver, able to manage priorities and adapt to tight planning constraints.
You are Fluency in English and Italian. French is a plus.
