We are looking for experience Recruiters with a BPO recruitment background.
The ideal candidate will be assisting the Hiring Team in a high paced environment, understand the competitive nature of the BPO / contact centres market, and will value building human networks.
Please note that this is a work in office role.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of end to end recruiting experience
- Must have a tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma inline with the industry, i.e HR)
- Direct experience recruiting across the BPO / contact centres industry
- Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
- Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
- Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment
