Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this role will be to review and generate client reports as needed, adjust transactions per client requests, hold monthly or quarterly review meetings with clients, etc., and perform routine monthly bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online for NBFC clientele including transaction categorization and reconciliation. Additional responsibilities may include end-of-year bookkeeping reviews, administrative data entry, and preparing accounting reports.
Qualifications:
The QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification is required before beginning work. (This certification can be obtained for free from https://quickbooks.intuit.com/accountants/training-certification/).
On-the-job training will be available, but you are a preferred candidate if you have experience, education, or certifications in the areas of bookkeeping or accounting. Starting compensation and opportunities for advancement will be commensurate with your accomplishments and performance.
Above all else, you must have a passion for crunching numbers and helping small businesses grow and succeed. Because this is a fully remote position, you must also be self-motivated and reliable regarding the completion of assigned tasks and meeting your deadlines.
