CTG IT Solutions is currently growing and we are looking for a Service Manager to strengthen our teams in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
You ensure user satisfaction by implementing necessary communication with the client and the technical team
You help on subjects such as follow-up of specific activities
You assist technical meetings and make the follow up with the service provider
You help technical teams to reach their targets
You plan, execute and deliver support projects
You elaborate the resource planning, follow-up of staff activities
You evaluate risk and provide problem analysis
You create reports
Your Profile
You are able to speak and write fluently at least English and French
You are experienced and have already worked in a similar position for at least 6 years
You hold a Master's degree in IT
Excellent knowledge of technical environments is an asset, the teams to be supervised have in the scope of activities these areas: DBA (oracle 11/12/19), Middleware (Weblogic, Tomcat) Linux (Oracle Linux 6/8 and Red Hat), VMware (VROPS), Storage-Backup (ISILON), SCCM, Windows server, Network LAN (Alcatel) , network security (Firewall Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Panorama), VOIP (Cisco, Webex)
