We are looking for Quality Engineer based in Karawang.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
1. Execute the analysis, design, test, or integration required to define and support assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards and program / product requirements.
2. Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, design engineering, field engineering, projects.
3. Document and communicate results of technical data generated for the assigned projects and tasks to stakeholder.
4. Participate in teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives.
5. Lead teams from different department in resolving problems with tight time constraints.
6. Lead new product launching commercialization.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years in Project, Qualification, Reporting and has experience as Quality Engineer, Product Service Engineer or Process Engineer
- Fluent in written and in speaking in English
- Communicative and having computer literate (SAP, Office, etc.)
- Able to work independently, keenly driven with a mindset for continuous improvement, analytically minded, good problem solver, able to deduce conclusions/propose solutions from a variety of data inputs
