What You’ll Do

The Platinum Admin supports all areas related to the Platinum Member Program at the venue. This is an entry-level sales, hourly position with lots of growth opportunity! This position is focused on Membership Sales & Hospitality. If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy environment with career potential, read-on!


Platinum Admins have to be great multi-taskers, great communicators and great team players! They are responsible for supporting the Platinum Member program in a variety of ways including basic account management of inbound calls and emails, new lead follow-up, membership renewals, member engagement execution, and streamline Platinum Member program updates communication with members and Topgolf Playmakers. This position will report to the venue Director of Sales and receive direction and support from the Dallas Office Memberships team.

Key Responsibilities:
How You’ll Do It
  • Retaining Platinum Member base at a rate of >50%
  • New Lead/Inquiry Follow-up/close
  • New Business Development
  • Member Communication/Account Management
  • Member Engagement Events and Gift Execution
  • Troubleshooting/ServiceNow ticket submission & follow-up
  • Assist in facilitating program training and distribution of communication to Playmakers
  • Communicate Effectively with Member Services as well as Members
  • Platinum Callaway Club & Material inventory management
Key Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative professional experience is preferred
  • Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
  • Process-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goals
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and Player focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquette
  • Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
