Medical Advisor is aiming to improve outcomes in the allocated area. Provides medical input to the Product Strategy and drives the Evidence Generation Plan. Develops and executes the medical communication plan within allocated budget. Acts as medical expert in the therapy area and provides internal medical guidance. Contributes to clinical development and life cycle management of Novartis portfolio, in close collaboration with Country, Regional, and Global teams. Represents voice of medical community within Novartis and ensure the best interest of patients and caregivers are met.

- Identifying and leveraging drivers and barriers within the patient journey
- Building partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations around common medical needs
- Identifying Real World Evidence (RWE) opportunities
- Facilitating local execution of Managed Access Programs (MAP), Investigator-Initiated research studies and Trials (IITs) and Research Collaborations (RC)
- Building and executing TA-specific medical communication plan

- Previous working experience in healthcare system, or pharmaceutical industry (Medical role)
- MD, MSc, PhD titles on Medical (preferred), Pharm, Biol. and other life sciences
