About The Role :
We are looking for a passionate Community Intern to join our Fazz Agen Community Team. The intern will be responsible for assisting with community data management, contributing to community operational programs, escalating issues to related stakeholders, and providing other project support as requested or as responsibilities dictate. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in community management.
What You'll Do :
- Assist community manager in escalating issue to related stakeholders
- Assist community manager in monitoring daily operational community
- Assist community manager in community data management
- Monitor users and community preferences and give insight to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in any community program initiative, such as events, gatherings, etc
What We're Looking For :
- Fresh Graduates (Bachelor degree in any field)
- Familiar with basic formula of microsoft excel and google sheet
- Detail-oriented with strong initiatives
- Enjoy to collaborate with other stakeholders
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong written/verbal communication skills
- Previous relevant internship experience preferred
- Willing to work hybrid (at least 2 days in the Jakarta office)
