Job Description:
Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision metal parts.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for machining requirements.
Load raw materials and secure them properly in the machine.
Select cutting tools and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Monitor and control machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Conduct inspections and measurements to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine machine maintenance tasks.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements:
Candidates with Min 3 years of experience as a Lathe Machinist.
Ability to set up and operate manual lathe machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
