About your future role

You will be part of a team of building the Digital Identity solutions both in Denmark as well as international. You will be responsible for all aspects of incident handling including major incident management. The key part of the role is the ability to manage taskforces and be in control of the various stakeholders and technicians in a high-management environment. The role will expand over time to also be part of handling incidents for the Northern part of Europe being integrated into a bigger incident management team.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

    2nd line support for NemLog-in
    Application Management of .Net based applications
    Ownership of Service Request (SR) and Incident (INC) backlog
    Drive resolution of SR and INC in collaboration with 1. Line and 3. Line
    Solve SR by analysing logs and databases
    Create documentation for knowledge database and reporting
    Find bugs and offer timely solutions
    Troubleshoot and analyse existing software to find trends and patterns.
    Recommend and implement improvements throughout the value chain

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

    Experience in reading/understanding .NET C# code for troubleshooting
    Developer background is beneficial with possibility of doing coding tasks
    MS SQL Server knowledge
    Knowledge of ITIL framework
    Service Management / Application Management background
    Experience in using JIRA / Confluence
    Experience in using Service Now or similar ITSM tool
    Familiarity with common technology stacks
    Experience with databases and operating System (Windows/Unix/Linux)
    Great understanding of software design and programming principles
    Understanding of Agile development methodologies
    Fluent in both Danish and English language skills
