IT Support [Singapore]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
  • Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
  • Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
  • Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
  • Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
  • Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
  • System Deployment
  • Assist in Data backup and restoration
  • Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
  • System/network troubleshooting and rectification
  • Assist in Annual system Audit
  • Asset management
  • Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum Diploma in related fields
  • Ability to communicate with people of various level
  • Hands on and a team player
  • Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
  • Networking knowledge is preferred
  • Microsoft certification will be added advantage
  • Strong Problem solving skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $2,400.00 - $3,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
