What makes you a great fit::

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred Chinese Language background)
• New or 1~2 years’ experience/+3 years for GMA(Global Market Access) specialist in the TIC(Testing, Inspection & Certification)
• Preferred to have TIC Industry experience
• Customer oriented attitude and communication skill
• Good an ability in the self-management.
• Sense of ownership of work and harmony with team members
• Fluent in Chinese and English(Written & Speaking)
• MS office program user (Outlook, Teams, Excel etc)
• Preferred to have Driving License and an own car

• 학력: 대졸(4년제) 이상
• 전공: 무관(중국어, 영어 전공 우대)
• 경력: 국내 및 해외 제품 규격 인증 담당 경험 우대
• 경력 기간: 신입 또는2년 이하의 경력 / 3년 이상 해외인증 관련 업무 담당/ 10년 이상 해외인증 관련 업무 담당
• 고객 지향적 태도 및 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 자기 관리 능력 및 업무에 대한 주인의식 그리고 팀원들과의 화합
• 중국어 능통자 (필수)
• Business 영어 가능자 (중상급 이상 필수)
• Outlook, MS office program 능통자 – 경력직 대상
• 자차 보유 및 운전 가능자 우대

What you’ll experience working at UL::

Follows project plan to achieve stated objectives. Recommends revision of project plans if necessary.

• Handles international certification delivery projects.
• Work with Certification Office Handlers (China, China Medical, Mexico, Korea etc) to speed up the certificate program.
• Engage engineers in resolving technical issue if needed
• Collect necessary certification information and submit application for certification
• Keep up-to-date global regulation requirement
• Communicates with customers to convey project status, explain regulatory requirements, sample requirements, inspection requirements, and project schedule.
• Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
• Performs other duties as directed with flexibility.
• New service promotion (GMA, New Biz Development, etc.)

• 필요시, 기술적 문제 해결에 엔지니어를 참여시킵니다.
• 필요한 인증 정보 수집 및 인증 신청서 제출합니다.
• 최신 국가별 규정 요구 사항 업데이트하고 숙지합니다.
• 고객들에게 프로젝트 현황을 전달하고, 규제 요구사항, 샘플 요구사항, 점검 요구사항 및 프로젝트 일정을 안내합니다.
• 지속적인 개선안과 기술들을 업무의 모든 측면에 통합합니다.
• 지시에 따라 유연성을 가지고 다른 업무를 수행합니다.
• 신규 서비스 프로모션(GMA, 신규 비즈니스 발굴 등)을 수행합니다.
