Responsibilities
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed properly and timely, while balancing company’s benefits
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers to use specific features
- Uploading, checking and analyzing reporting product listings to make sure they are running correctly
- Report/ escalate any issues to the management immediately
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussion with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are solved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales and marketing team
- re-order/ coordinate with factory for missing items
- Make summary report for customer complaints, error rate, and other related concerns

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
