Customer Support Representative (WORK FROM HOME) [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed properly and timely, while balancing company’s benefits
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers to use specific features
  • Uploading, checking and analyzing reporting product listings to make sure they are running correctly
  • Report/ escalate any issues to the management immediately
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussion with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are solved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales and marketing team
  • re-order/ coordinate with factory for missing items
  • Make summary report for customer complaints, error rate, and other related concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
