We are looking for a Greek peaking call centre agent with basic level of English to support the job applicants and scale our Customer Services teams.
In this role, you are the go-to person who will help courier/driver job seekers through each step so that they can have an outstanding recruitment experience.
You'll partner with our in-house account managers, working on different courier / driver job offers, locations and teams depending on the business needs.
You'll be responsible for providing the job applicants a seamless recruiting experience, prioritize candidate experience and overall hiring experience.
What You'll Do
- You will be making 80-100 calls a day
- Regularly assesses documents to ensure suitability
- Source top talent for our clients using a variety of creative techniques
- Oversee account manager expectations and constantly strive to reach your daily targets
- Be knowledgeable about our business you are promoting and why people should work here
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
Basic Requirements
- Fluent Greek
- Basic English
- Tech and Target-Oriented Individual
- Available for immediate start
- Will be expected to reach your daily KPI target in calls
- Will work during the time zones of the clients they are assigned to.

- Experience in call center work
- Experience in document analysis
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
Additional Information
This is a full time position. Compensation + Incentives will be paid in Euros.
