Description
Job Purpose:
- Coordination of customer application projects or Development Product projects implementation involving direct liaison between engineering, purchasing and production, especially during prototyping phase.
- Contribute to the review & validation of project designs and prototypes.
- Coordination of the change management among the product maintenance projects.
- Carry out necessary Investigations and Analysis and contribute to the non-confirming products resolution.
- Contribute to enhancement and the diffusion of project good practices and tools.
Main Activities:
- Creation and maintenance of a global planning of project parts and prototype realisation.
- Track missing parts and contribute to their supply resolution.
- Provide a regular report giving the status of the projects implementations.
- Apply and respect the company's working methods: ISO procedures, phase monitoring, activity reports and international standards.
- Key contributor to the project and task management tool, including clean-up.
- Participate on Non Conformity analysis and resolution (NCR).
- Capitalize know-how and record it for company future (best practice booklet).
Requirements
Professional qualification:
- Having a proven and successful experience in design of safety equipment in an industry having severe risk of human death in case of mistakes.
- Having the general scientist education able to understand and to learn new technologies, in and outside of its own specialization domain.
- Deeply interested about the manufacturing processes as well as at customer’s application of the overall company’s product range.
- Open to change the concepts after team review being strongly convinced that teams are able to deliver more than individuals.
- Having a solid multi-cultural engineering experience understanding the interest to work with members of one team coming from different countries and having a different scientist culture.
- Handy approach, willing to master all assemblies and the test steps like to assemble its prototype to insure the coherence between theory and practice.
- Czech and English speaking and writing is mandatory.
