Job Responsibilities
1. Under the leadership of the dean, responsible for undergraduate medical care, teaching, scientific research, prevention and administrative management.
2. According to the key points of the hospital work, formulate undergraduate work plans, organize implementation, supervise and inspect frequently, and summarize and report on time.
3. Organize and lead undergraduate personnel to complete medical and nursing work. Participate in outpatient clinics, wards, outpatient visits, consultations, etc., supervise the writing of medical documents by undergraduate physicians, decide on the transfer of patients in the department, transfer to another hospital, and organize discussions on clinical medical records.
4. Supervise and urge undergraduates to conscientiously implement various rules and regulations and technical operating procedures. Strictly prevent and deal with errors and accidents in a timely manner.
5. Organize general practitioners to study professionally, develop new technologies and new treatments, summarize them in time, and promote their application.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Education level: Undergraduate
Required major: clinical medicine
Work experience:
1. More than 10 years and three comprehensive Hospital work experience
2. Professional title above deputy senior.
