An office in Humlebæk that reaches the world
With activities spread across the globe from east to west and anywhere in between, many of our colleagues transfer to different divisions within our organisation every day. To make each relocation as smooth for the business and colleagues as possible, we have a global mobility team dedicated to the cause.

Together with our global mobility team, you ensure that all the different processes from start to end are handled, either in-house or through third party providers globally, when we send colleagues across the globe, where they are needed, on different packages, with or without families.

“We are a small team, navigating this great network of stakeholders and processes to ensure smooth relocations of colleagues. So, you will be involved in all the different processes and challenges related to mobility, from the nitty-gritty to the more strategic ones,” says Head of Global Mobility Lizette Rugaard.

Drive mobility processes from A to Z
From your desk in Humlebæk, you will collaborate closely with the global mobility team, coordinating and executing tasks to ensure smooth and timely relocations. As such, you will:

Perform daily tasks including calculation of salaries and rotation packages, contract drafting and the like for both fulltime employees and global graduates rotating to various locations
Communicate and coordinate with third party providers, such as relocation agents, insurance brokers, tax consultants etc., to manage immigration, insurance, pension, taxes, transport of personal belongings, etc.
Support salary regulations and other monetary and non-monetary benefits for our relocated colleagues including close collaboration with local payroll team
Communicate with and advise local HR and our relocated colleagues throughout the entire relocation process, from package decision to repatriation
Support with Posted Worker guidance and requirements
Support with Remote Work guidance and requirements
Support with Hiring out of labour compliance
Support with varies projects within Global Mobility
Provide ideas to further optimise mobility processes

An excellent communicator, collaborator and coordinator
Your responsibility for handling multiple documents and processes at a time, demands sound communication and negotiation skills and the ability to organise your tasks to the very last details to ensure that nothing is left unfinished.

It is likewise vital that you are able to build relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners from different levels of the organisation and in a global context. It is therefore important that you have an outgoing, trustworthy and supportive communication style.

Furthermore, you:
Have 1-4 years of experience with either tax, HR or economy and have a great interest in global mobility
Preferably, have some knowledge of mobility, tax and contracting gained either through professional experience or a relevant university degree
Are fluent in English
Preferable, have some knowledge with Sharepoint
Have a problem solving mindset and ability to work with numbers
Have a passion for serving as a trusted advisor and be the go-to person for our colleagues
