Gallery 1 Furniture is growing and we are currently looking to add a full-time Furniture Delivery Driver to our exceptional delivery team, based out of Dartmouth, NS . As a Delivery Driver you would be responsible for providing an overall positive delivery experience to customers. As the final point of contact representing the company, customer service and customer relations are key components to leaving a lasting impression with the customer. You would set up, install and remove any debris from the packaging - ultimately leaving the customer with an exceptional delivery experience.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering product to customer’s homes;
- Loading trucks and maneuvering merchandise into customer’s homes in an efficient and safe manner;
- Assembling furniture as required;
- Providing an exceptional delivery experience for customers through professionalism and superior customer service;
- Working in the warehouse when needed/deliveries slow.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license;
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred;
- Previous experience with furniture deliveries a strong asset (but willing to train);
- Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs in a safe manner;
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism;
- Reliable;
- Strong team player.
