As a Customer Support you will:
Support of all customers requests in Dutch by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns
Be knowledgeable about the product functions and providing the product information
What do we expect:
Fluency in Dutch
Communicative English level
We do NOT require previous experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
Salary: 1200 gross + 2 additional salaries per year + up to 120 monthly performance bonus
Full time, fixed-term 12 months Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law (upon the 12 month expiration it moves to permanent contract)
All necessary work equipment is provided by the employer
Public + Private health insurance coverage
We do NOT require previous experience - digital training is provided (paid by employer)
