Business Process Manager [Portugal]


 

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

  • Business process managers are industry specialists who improve business processes
  • Evaluate existing processes
  • Analyze implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes
  • Support IT-Governance in evaluation, design, execution, measuring, monitoring and controlling business processes
  • Do audits on given IT business processes and improve if needed
  • Work with IT manager & IT Architect to improve the IT processes
  • Support EN9100 certification

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
  • Experience in leading various projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Confidence with data/figures
  • High resilience and assertiveness
  • Team & communication skills
  • Business fluent English (German desirable)
  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite
