Responsibilities
Provide a wide spectrum of human resources compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to payroll preparation, attendance records collection & validation, contract management, employee relations, work injury, etc.;
Provide general HR administrative support as necessary;
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management or other disciplines;
Some relevant experience is preferred but not a must;
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance ;
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
Detail-minded & organized with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
A team player and able to complete tasks under tight timelines;
Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets.
